I am 22 years old and I am from Bogota, Colombia, South America. I was in Catholicism for 14 years, where I can testify I saw no light. When I arrived to the United States I came in contact with believers in the local church due to one of my mom’s best friends. I was baptized and saved in the Lord where for the first time in my life I held a Bible and saw the light of the truth in it. For the past 8 years I have met with the local church. One of the things that I believe has helped me a great deal is the New Testament Recovery Version of the Bible with the footnotes. I thank the Lord for it because it has given me light and life in this difficult world. I want to conclude by saying that I love the Lord Jesus with all my heart and that I want to always be one with Him and the brothers and sisters. Amen.
